At ResolveRight, we want you to be confident when subscribing. This policy explains when and how we issue refunds.
1. 3-day free trial
All plans include a 3-day free trial. No payment is taken during the trial period. You can cancel at any time during your trial without being charged.
2. 7-day money-back guarantee
If you subscribe to a paid plan and are not satisfied, we offer a no-questions-asked full refund within 7 days of your first payment. To request a refund, email billing@resolveright.io with your account email address and we will process it within 2 business days.
3. Cancellations after 7 days
After the 7-day refund window, we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. When you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to ResolveRight until the end of your current billing period. Your account will then be paused and your data retained for 30 days before deletion.
4. Annual plans
If you purchase an annual plan and request a refund within 7 days of payment, you will receive a full refund. After 7 days, annual plans are non-refundable. If you wish to switch from annual to monthly billing, please contact us at billing@resolveright.io and we will discuss your options.
5. Exceptions
We may issue refunds outside of this policy at our discretion in exceptional circumstances — for example, in the event of a significant service outage or billing error. Please contact us at billing@resolveright.io if you believe you are entitled to a refund not covered by this policy.
